Step 2

Implementation

Fixed-fee legal drafting and administration coordination. Documents are prepared by LY Legal; we manage ASIC and bank updates.

Step 3

Review

A 12-month check-in to confirm your control structure still reflects reality and your intentions, and to plan the next phase of improvements.
